Stay in control

  • Set limits before you play, not after a bad run. Decide your deposit and time limits in advance and stick to them.
  • Watch instant deposits. Crypto makes topping up frictionless, which makes it easy to lose track of spend. Set an upper limit before you start.
  • Never chase losses. If you're tilted, frustrated, or trying to win it back, close the client and walk away.
  • Use the site's tools. Most rooms offer deposit limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion for 24 hours, a week, or longer. Use them.
  • Only gamble what you can afford to lose. Poker is entertainment, not income or a way out of financial trouble.

Warning signs

Consider taking a break if you're spending more than you planned, playing to escape stress, hiding your play from family, or borrowing money to fund it. These are signs it's time to step back and ask for support.
